Parent Agreement

Parent Code of Conduct

Parent involvement in the team and parent group is highly encouraged. RMMA prides itself on the synergy of the families who support our athletes. Communication with the masters and coaches is key to the success of your athlete. The doors of our masters and coaches are always open. If a parent or relative shows disrespect or is not courteous to the athletes, masters, coaches, officials, or volunteers; this includes speaking poorly of or gossiping, they may be asked to remove themselves or be removed from any practice facility or tournament venue. You may also be suspended from future practices and tournaments.

Parents need to refrain from coaching from the stands during practices and tournaments. This is a distraction to the athlete. Athletes should excel and feel confident, it is up to the families to support, encourage, and verbally reward our athletes. This will help instill a sense of confidence in them that they will carry far past the competition years.
